Two girls have been kidnaped and lay immobilized on medical tables. A man in a mask recites his purpose and prepares them with gags and injections.

Later they are tied up around the neck, crotch and wrists. They are forced into some strange type of performance art as the man in the mask flogs and fondles them.

Eventually, there ankles are tied and they are slowly forced up on there tip toes, slowly strangling to death.
